In 1999 fine jeweller Tarick K’dor opened a boutique jewellery atelier in the western suburbs of Sydney.
More than two decades later and the highly skilled goldsmith is preparing to sell his home in the elite Dover Heights region alongside wife Zena and their three children for an estimated $9million.
Known as Sydney’s celebrity diamond dealers under the store name House of K’Dor, Tarick saw demand soar in those early days as clients travelled from all over Australia to lock down his hand-crafted creations for their own private jewellery collections.

A second boutique in Sydney’s lower north shore soon followed, culminating in a flagship Double Bay boutique in 2018.
Tarick and wife Zena, who serves as creative director for the brand, have now expanded their global client base, enjoying brand collaborations with Lamborghini, Moet Hennessey and Etihad.
Their extensive celebrity clients include superstar Kelly Rowland, singer Natalie Bassingthwaighte, WAG Kyly Clarke, heiress Deborah Symond-O’Neil, Terry Biviano and Kyle Sandilands.

On Tuesday the powerhouse team officially launched their home onto the market with Ray White Double Bay’s Alan Fettes and Elliott Placks. It will be listed later on Wednesday.
